With over 20 years of experience in oil, gas, and mining, Sandra has driven operational excellence, technical innovation, and team empowerment across every project. Her leadership has been key to our growth, delivering safe, efficient, and high-impact outcomes for our clients.

A wells engineering leader whose 14‑year career with Santos Australia and ExxonMobil PNG has placed him at the forefront of some of the industry’s most technically demanding well projects. Alex has guided complex programs from front‑end engineering and design through to safe, efficient execution, consistently delivering high‑performance outcomes across diverse operating environments.
With over 100 wells delivered in the Cooper Basin and major contributions to the growth of Australia’s CSG industry, Alex brings a depth of experience spanning both conventional and unconventional developments. His portfolio includes PNG deep exploration wells, Moomba CCS wells, and the planning and execution of large multi‑well pads.
Alex’s technical expertise covers a wide spectrum of advanced drilling and completions practices, including:
- Horizontal and extended‑reach drilling (ERD)
- Managed pressure drilling (MPD)
- Air drilling and SIS wells
- Deep early Permian wells
- Monobore Completions
